Discovering Me

At Kiddie Academy, toddlers are busy Discovering Me. Fun and educational activities and materials are provided to foster children’s language development, social/emotional and intellectual growth. Toddlers are encouraged to explore, discover, invent and experiment while they gain an understanding of the world around them. Discovering Me offers each child opportunities for individual and group activities, while integrating a caring and nurturing environment for the rapidly growing toddler.

We recognize that children frequently test limits and our caregivers minimize restrictions unless children are in danger. We recognize that the best way to accomplish this goal with toddlers is through praise and positive reinforcement. Our caregivers are skilled in redirecting a child from inappropriate behaviors to actively engaging them in other more appropriate behaviors.
