Exploring My World is the mantra for Kiddie Academy Child Care
Learning Centers increasingly independent two-year
old children. Caring staff will guide
each child in daily activities that enhance their language and socialization
skills, incorporating children’s literature, music and movement
activities, and art exploration. All activities are administered with tender
loving care and are designed to meet the needs of the naturally curious and
active two-year-old. Their goal is to give children everything he/she needs to
grow into a happy, healthy and successful person.
We recognize that children frequently test limits and caregivers minimize
restrictions unless children are in danger. Learning self-control is a normal
phase of a child's development and we recognize that the best way to accomplish
this goal with children is through praise and positive reinforcement. Our
caregivers are skilled in redirecting a child from inappropriate behaviors to
actively engaging them in other more appropriate behaviors.
